Description
HR Assistant
- Assists the department with HR projects
- Fulfill employee PPE orders
- Put together new hire goody bag and packets
- Update Attendance Tracker
- Assist with monthly reporting
- Assist with Recruiting and onboarding efforts
- Coach employees on following proper policies and procedures on time and attendance
- Responsible for collecting and distributing mail appropriately
- Scan documents to different departments
- Shipping of PPE and timesheets
- Track and record PPE inventory
- Assist in keeping the office in a clean and orderly manner
- Support Fleet department with truck repair movements
- Assist Equipment department as needed
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
