Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Janitorial Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing, with expertise in commercial cleaning, and facilities maintenance. This role is essential in ensuring that our environment remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily custodial operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Perform and supervise all daily task of recycling, trash, totes, janitorial, etc.....
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas needing attention.
- Train and mentor custodial staff on best practices in cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of cleaning and stacking totes.
- Respond promptly to requests for cleaning or maintenance from staff members.
Experience
- Proven experience in custodial services.
- Experience with industrial cleaning methods is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
