What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barback position at KAI - Legacy West?
The Barback is responsible for keeping their assigned area clean and well stocked, working in conjunction with the bartender and providing fast, effective and accurate bar and bar related services.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide friendly, responsive service to assist the bartender team in creating an exceptional dining experience
- Stock beer, wine, liquor, ice, glassware and all related supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all bar areas including bar tops, sinks, shelves and storage areas
- Maintain storage areas organized
- Assist with bar prep which includes cocktail batching and garnish preparation
- Complete daily opening and closing side work
To Qualify:
- Experience preferred in a high-volume restaurant
- Polished and professional appearance
- Upbeat and self-motivated
- Ability to work night shifts
- Ability to work on your feet for extended amount of time
- Full-time availability
