Experienced Auto Mechanic

As an Experienced Auto Mechanic at Kalos Services, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles in our Fleet. You will utilize your expertise to ensure that our company vehicles are safe, reliable, and performing at their best. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for the automotive industry.

• Diagnose and repair various vehicle issues, including engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate assessments of required repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve complex mechanical problems.
• Communicate effectively with the fleet coordinator and provide clear explanations of repair needs and options.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Keep up to date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
• Mentor and assist junior mechanics as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in automotive repair is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an auto mechanic in a professional setting.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and computer systems for vehicle repairs.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• ASE certification or other relevant certifications required.
