What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sunday Admission Clerk position at Kanapaha Botanical Gardens?
Kanapaha Botanical Gardens is seeking an admissions clerk for Sundays. The regular Sunday hours would be from 8:45am to the earlier of dusk or 7pm. When the facility is being rented on the weekends, hours can be extended until 10:15pm. Additionally, weekday rentals that extend beyond our regular business hours would also be the responsibility of the admission clerk. Having flexibility in your schedule is a plus as many of our weekday shifts are temporarily open and need to be filled. Must be trustworthy, have good math skills, good at multitasking, organized, pay attention to details and provide excellent customer service. Experience with technology, a cash register and botanical knowledge is very beneficial. Above all else, must be punctual and extremely reliable. Tasks include (but not limited to), using a Point of Sale register, answering phones, handling rental parties, restocking of items, cleaning, and locking up.
Must provide a resume to be considered as well as listing your days and times of availability. Pay rate is $13 - $16 per hour, based on experience.
