Role Description:
The Mowing Crew Member at Kanazeh Lawn Service is responsible for expertly maintaining lawns for commercial and residential clients. This role involves operating mowing equipment safely, performing precise weed whipping and trimming tasks, and assisting with equipment handling. Adherence to safety protocols and effective communication are crucial. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and preferably have experience in lawn care. The position offers the opportunity for both independent work and collaboration within a supportive team environment.

Required Qualifications:
Valid driver's license is mandatory.
Experience in operating lawn mowing equipment preferred.
Ability to operate a trailer is desirable.
Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Candidates without direct company experience will be considered; willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential.
Responsibilities at Kanazeh Lawn Service include:
Operate lawn mowing equipment efficiently and safely.
Perform weed whipping/trimming tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials.
Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Company vehicles are provided; candidates must meet at the shop for daily assignments.
Hours:
Work hours may vary based on seasonal changes, typically starting between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM and ending around 5:00 PM to 5:30 PM.
Benefits Include:
This position is offered as a 1099 contract role.
Transition to W2 employment may be considered in the future, based on company policies and regulations.
Salary: $16 - $20 per hour
Annual bonuses and paid time off are available based on tenure.
Additional services provided by our company include spring and fall cleanups, as well as snow removal services in the winter.
