About the tole:
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will succeed in growing the St. Louis market. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets and driving broader business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business growth within a defined territory
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market share.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at Contractors, Dealers Facilities Managers etc.
- Work closely with internal technical and support teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3 years of external sales experience in HVAC or related industries.
- Proven ability to generate and close new business.
- Experience managing large territories and achieving/exceeding revenue targets.
Salary : $40,000 - $125,000
