Our Ala Moana retail space and are seeking outstanding team members to spread Aloha through M.U.S.I.C.
Overview:
We’re hiring full-time associates for our Ala Moana store to engage customers, showcase our ʻukulele, and embody our core values. Must be detail-oriented, joyful, forward-thinking, and have integrity. Nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Skills & Abilities:
- Friendly, helpful, and confident demeanor.
- Adequate ʻukulele-playing skills.
- Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
Responsibilities:
- Create memorable customer experiences.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Participate in store events and community engagement.
- Capture customer profiles to build loyalty.
- Request reforestation donations.
- Follow merchandising and replenishment procedures.
- Learn basic ʻukulele construction.
- Adhere to dress code and opening/closing protocols.
- Communicate clearly and live our core values.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.94 - $23.51 per hour
