Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to support our dynamic team in managing various real estate transactions and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for the real estate industry.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation and management of property listings.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain communication with clients, agents, and vendors to facilitate transactions.
- Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining client databases.
- Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings.
- Complete any additional duties that support/ assist Broker
Experience
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; multilingual or bilingual is a plus
- Experience with Canva
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining professionalism.
- Neat/ easily read handwriting
