Position Summary:
The overall objective of this position is to provide product quality and consistency by maintaining and following the recipes as stated for all Karlsburger Foods Inc., products. To provide quality product this position is responsible for assisting in product inventory. Additional responsibilities include assist in pulling and loading all orders to assure correct product is shipped.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Set-up for daily production.
- Mix all products using precise measurements and recipes to provide quality and consistency with all products.
- Pull raw ingredients for future production orders.
- Labeling of boxes, containers, and bags.
- Product rotation and warehouse inventory control, both incoming and outbound.
- Breakdown and clean-up at the end of each day.
- Securing building at the end of each day.
- Maintain sanitation programs and procedures.
- Processing and filling of route sales rep orders as needed.
- Assist in receiving all incoming product and materials, log orders and put away as needed.
- Packaging and shipping of daily UPS orders as needed.
- Lead and train Production Assistants.
- Full Knowledge of HACCP Plan.
- Provide support to the Assistant Production Manager and Production Manager as needed.
