What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Body Technician position at Karnuts Auto Center?
Well established business of over 42 years looking for auto body technician, body man. Please let me start off by saying, we are NOT a flat rate shop. Which means you will not be pressured by your surroundings, or other cut throat employees pushing and breathing over top of you to get their job done while delaying yours. We work in a comfortable atmosphere with no unnecessary pressure from our surroundings. I will not sit here and do what other shops do by promising you the world, in what you could "possibly" make. This is a full time position, hours are in fact flexible leading up to a 40 hour week. Overtime is optional, but is available. We steer clear of extremely heavy collisions and adhere to the more comfortable jobs that our shop has a reputation to give back the customer a perfect vehicle without any future issues as we all hope for. Restoration projects are clocked in hourly and several are always on hand. I have been in this industry as the owner for 50 years and have a passion for what I do, and would like an employee to do the same. We do regular collision work, insurance claims, and classic car restoration work. Shop is clean and well organized with a great atmosphere. Paid vacation with 401k and supplemental health insurance depending on your plan. really requires a starting amount, pay will be discussed during interview and based upon experience and/or skill level.
