Position Summary
The Marketing Assistant at Kate Quinn plays a vital role in enhancing the brand's visibility and recognition. This role focuses on supporting marketing programs and campaigns by analyzing brand reports and social media interactions to create impactful materials. The Marketing Assistant will provide recommendations and insights to drive growth and implement various marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales. Reporting directly to both the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff, the ideal candidate will contribute to the success of Kate Quinn through creativity, data-driven decision-making, and effective strategy execution.
This is a full-time, in-person position located in Lynnwood, WA.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand organizational marketing needs and the target audience.
- Research and propose innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing data and consumer trends using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram insights, and other analytics tools.
- Monitor ads, inventory, sales, and product performance; making recommendations based on findings.
- Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase traffic and sales.
- Create and optimize engaging content for product listings, ad campaigns, and social media platforms to drive traffic to the Kate Quinn website and improve customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with the Kate Quinn vision.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing analysis, brand support, or data analysis roles required.
- At least 1 year of experience working with Meta and Google Ads required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and data visualization tools to track performance metrics.
- Familiarity with various marketing and content management platforms and channels, including social media, print campaigns, digital marketing, and email promotions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Ability to communicate insights effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Highly organized with a customer-focused approach.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
