Med Coordinator - Bismarck, ND

KAYD Home Care is a licensed provider supporting people with disabilities to live in the Bismarck community. KAYD is looking for a self-motivated, organized individual with attention to detail to coordinate health care services for the people they serve. Responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, documentation, filing of healthcare information, management of medications, medication administration, scheduling, transportation for appointments, and necessary follow-up treatments. Additional responsibilities also include providing crucial information to medical providers and back to the individual’s team.
