JOB SUMMARY : Responsible for management of the sales team in a designated area(s) within a division (may be for entire division, depending on size and volume). Position priorities include achieving sales results while ensuring all company's processes are followed and customer service standards are achieved. Additional responsibilities include recruiting, training, retaining and developing talented sales counselors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Drive and Achieve Sales Goals - Daily interaction with sales representatives to achieve sales goals that are set by senior leadership. Ensure all sales counselors are using Company's KBnxt Business Model, specifically our Structured Selling Process and digitized tracking tools such as C3. Troubleshoot solutions with Sales Representatives on difficult sales negotiations. Creatively work with Sales Representatives to find ways to drive their own traffic.
- Sales Analysis & Processes - Work with Sales Representatives to collect and utilize competitor and market analysis to increase sales. Work to increase the Realtor Broker Outreach program. Work with all functional departments to achieve sales and overall business goals.
- Performance Management - Assist (or lead depending on size and volume of the department) with recruiting, selection, training and retention of sales representatives. Provide proper feedback and coaching on sales scorecard metrics. Identify performance gaps and offer solutions to narrow the gap. Ensure all required training is complete, performance reviews are conducted and bench players are placed on active Development Plans.
- CSI / JDP - Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through excellent execution of the KBnxt business model. Ensure all CSI and JDP standards are followed. Work with sales representatives and customers to resolve any customer service related issues in a timely fashion. Ensure all prospects and existing customers are called on a regular basis.
