Full-Time Bilingual (English/Spanish) Cashier

Job Summary:
Join our team at Carolina Cooks Restaurant Equipment as a Full Time Bilingual Cashier. We’re looking for a reliable, upbeat individual who thrives on customer interaction. In this role, you’ll assist customers with purchases, process payments, and support our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.
• Create quotes and sales orders, providing timely follow-ups to customers.
• Communicate with manufactures to obtain lead times.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Handle and manage phone calls with excellent communication skills.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Count and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Assist with inventory management, including restocking as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of cashier or sales experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with computer skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Hourly Rate: $15 - $18
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM and every other Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM
