JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Project Manager / Project Manager drives all aspects of project management within a manufacturing and warehouse environment, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects. He / She drives projects that achieve defined goals and communicates regularly with stakeholders. Provides a hands-on approach and strategic insight that aligns projects with business objectives at high safety levels and operational efficiency. The role requires a solid understanding of operational workflows, safety protocols, and compliance requirements, alongside strong financial acumen and the ability to manage vendor relationships. This role ensures that critical initiatives for the site are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Core
- Ensure a safe work environment complying with all labor laws and state and federal regulations.
- Responsible for managing assigned projects to approved budget and timelines.
- Manage 2 - 5 projects of medium to high complexity at any point in time. Typical project duration of 6 - 60 months.
- Manage day-to-day operation and control of all assigned projects.
- Create and maintain detailed project reports providing clear status, updates, and insights.
- Ensure project scope and milestones are clearly defined and agreed prior to project approval.
- Financial accountability to ensure project costs are managed, benefits are reported accurately.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans, participation in procure-to-pay processes, and validation of vendor invoices to confirm alignment with contracted work and actual project deliverables.
- Identifies risks and issues that challenge achieving strategic goals : develops and implements plans to mitigate risk. Timely communication of concerns to the proper stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across Facilities, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams.
- Helps organize and develop quarterly and annual planning processes ensuring alignment with the site operating plans.
- Measure and report project progress while developing options and recommendations for moving project plans forward to maintain milestones and goals.
- Effectively communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and project success.
- Provide regular support to project team members regarding project management documentation and tools
- Supports communications within the organization as well as external contractors and consultants.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned or required

Physical Requirements
Work is primarily light in nature, with exerting up to 25lbs of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Reaching, handling, fingering, talking, hearing, bending, stooping, and walking. Involves sitting, standing, and walking most of the time.
Travel
As required to business locations, up to 10% for regional meetings and company sponsored functions including overnight travel.
