What are the responsibilities and job description for the Security Video Surveillance Associate position at Keeneland Association Inc?
Protects Keeneland interests through the utilization of video surveillance to detect fraudulent activity, policy violations, and threats to Keeneland guests, employees and assets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Maintain observation of pre-determined surveillance locations through video monitoring
- Identify violation(s) of Keeneland Association Policies and Procedures
- Protection of Keeneland Property and Assets, and detect criminal violations
- Maintain compliance in support of the Horse Racing Integrity Act
- Monitor crowd movement in pre-determined areas
- Notify Security Officers and Security Management as necessary
- Refer questionable patterns of behavior to appropriate parties for extensive review
CORE ABILITIES
- Apply sound surveillance techniques, good judgement when conducting focused observation
- Promptly recognize predicative behavior that may precede disruptive, criminal, or policy violations
- Maintain confidentiality of all observed and reported activities
- Navigate and maintain proficiency in video monitoring software
- Applicant should possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Accurately document all actionable activity
- Operate in a multitasking environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Successfully pass oral interview
- Successfully pass background investigation
- Applicant must be free of felony convictions, or serious misdemeanor convictions involving moral turpitude, domestic or workplace violence
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in video (CCTV)monitoring required
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, TRAININGS
- Valid Kentucky Horse Racing Commission License
