Keidan Financial Consultants is looking for a client services associate with the desire to become an integral part of our team and who is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. In this role, you will oversee account service functions, provide administrative support for our team and build strong relationships with clients. This is an in-person position.
Keidan Financial Consultants is a distinguished independent financial planning office in Columbus, Ohio. We are a dedicated, motivated team who values integrity and respect and adheres to high ethics. For over 30 years, we have been devoted to helping clients meet and exceed their financial goals.
We offer a competitive compensation package including excellent benefits, 15 PTO days, 8 paid holidays and a 401k plan with employer contribution. The salary range is $50,000 -$65,000 (commensurate with experience). Salary increases are based on the performance of the individual, the practice and your longevity with the firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide high-quality support for clients to resolve requests, questions or issues
- Process client checks and securities
- Process applications, establish new accounts and assist clients with new accounts, transfers, and other service needs
- Create reports using Morningstar and proprietary applications
- Prepare and follow up on all client meetings by following established processes to document and maintain records
- Help clients access their account portals, eSign documents and troubleshoot problems when necessary
- Update and oversee CRM functions, including maintaining the office calendar and scheduling review appointments
Qualifications:
- Related investment industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
- Strong administrative/project management, organizational, analytical, customer service, and verbal, written, and listening skills
- Must be accurate, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Work well in a small team environment
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Must be technologically savvy and be able to assist clients in resolving technical issues
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
