What You’ll Do:
- Consulting with Sellers: Build lasting relationships by understanding your client’s needs and providing expert advice on property pricing, staging, and marketing.
- Marketing Mastery: Develop customized marketing plans that include professional photography, virtual tours, open houses, and digital campaigns designed to showcase properties to the widest audience.
- Pricing Strategy: Use your deep market knowledge and access to industry-leading data to determine the right price for each home, helping sellers maximize their return.
- Negotiate Like a Pro: Manage offers and counteroffers, negotiate contract terms, and help sellers make informed decisions to secure the best possible outcome.
- Client Care: From first contact to closing, provide exceptional service with a focus on clear communication, transparency, and a seamless transaction.

Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain - scholarhips provided)
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, business sales, or related fields preferred.
