Responsibilities :
Conduct thorough research on available properties and local communities to provide comprehensive answers to inquiries from potential buyers.Efficiently schedule and coordinate home showings for buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers.Collaborate with the lead agent to showcase properties that meet the specific needs and financial requirements of buyer clients, ultimately driving sales.Assist clients in determining appropriate offer prices and guide them through the closing process to ensure a seamless transaction.Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing buyer clients' calls, texts, and emails.Engage in proactive lead follow-up activities to nurture potential leads.Proactively generate new leads to expand client base.Organize and schedule appointments with precision and professionalism.Conduct consultations with clients to understand their preferences and requirements effectively.Successfully close sales transactions with a focus on client satisfaction and professional integrity.Qualifications :
