Compensation:

$85,000 - $185,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research on available properties and local communities to provide precise information to potential buyers in Westport, CT, US
  • Efficiently coordinate and schedule property viewings for buyer clients in collaboration with listing agents and home sellers
  • Accompany buyer clients to view homes that align with their criteria and budget, contributing to increased sales in the Westport, CT, US area
  • Assist clients in determining the optimal offer price and guide them through the entire transaction process for a seamless and fair deal specific to Westport, CT, US
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly and professionally responding to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients in Westport, CT, US
  • Maintain communication with potential clients and follow up on leads effectively in Westport, CT, US
