Responsibilities:- Conduct research on potential properties and local communities to provide accurate information to potential buyers
- Coordinate and schedule property showings for buyer clients, working efficiently with listing agents and home sellers
- Accompany buyer clients to view homes that meet their criteria and budget, contributing to increased sales
- Assist clients in determining the most suitable offer price and guide them through the entire transaction process for a smooth and fair deal
- Respond promptly and professionally to calls, texts, and emails from buyer clients to ensure exceptional customer service
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication with potential clients
- Generate leads through various channels
- Arrange appointments with clients and prospects
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Close sales effectively and efficiently
- Must be willing to spend extended periods driving in your car
- Proficiency in CRM and marketing/lead technologies preferred, with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly
