The Inside Sales Representative generates revenue by nurturing relationships with potential and existing customers, primarily through phone calls, emails, and other digital communication methods. You will learn the basics of how our business runs while bringing energy and excitement to our company culture. The Inside Sales Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Duties / Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads.
- Cold call and email potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and direct them through the sales funnel.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the customer's needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads to ensure they are adequately nurtured through the sales process.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and send quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
- Coordinate with the product team to stay informed about product updates and enhancements.
- Provide feedback to the Product Manager about customer needs and market trends.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of self-motivation and drive.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
Normal Working Hours and Conditions: Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations.
Salary : $55,000 - $58,000
