Responsibilities
- Responsible for advanced maintenance including: welding, electrical, refrigeration, HVAC, etc.
- Accomplish preventative maintenance (PM’s) and repairs within established timelines.
- Provide input with Engineering team on various process improvement and the installation of equipment.
- Responsible for troubleshoot breakdowns and correcting problems.
- Fabricate components from blueprints
- Machinery assembly and disassembly
- Preventative Maintenance (PM’s) and repairs
- GMP Compliance
- Ability to perform maintenance on Refrigeration (as applicable per business unit)
- Must be able to ensure safety compliance.
- Need to be available to be on-call.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve.
- Time management skills.
- Basic project management skills.
- Advanced Technical skills, including: machine repair, piping, machine rigging, HVAC, etc.
- Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and markup blueprints.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals
- Qualified with Lockout-Tagout, Confined Space, Hot-Work Procedures, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
