DAY-TO-DAY
This full-time office position typically works Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm.
As a Dispatcher - HVAC Customer Service Rep, you keep our business running smoothly by providing support for our customers and service technicians. You manage a high volume of phone calls, voicemails, emails, texts, and chats. Skillfully prioritizing multiple requests, you create and manage work orders. Organized and attentive, you handle dispatch and scheduling duties in our office, selecting the appropriate technician for each job and booking appointments in the most efficient way possible. You're capable of meeting challenges and maintaining a positive demeanor as you dispatch urgent service requests.
Our crew of skilled technicians relies on you to provide accurate, detailed information about their job orders. Self-motivated and independent, you proactively assist management in resolving problems and seek to make every customer a happy one. Eager to help, you assist with administrative tasks such as ordering parts, processing warranty returns, preparing permit applications, and completing accounts receivable tasks.
