The successful candidate will be accurate and methodical in handling and processing DMV paperwork, pre-stocking incoming vehicles, entering vehicles into our accounting software, posting invoices, G/L account reconciliations for assigned accounts, and special projects as assigned. Maintaining a high level of discretion and confidentiality and having a working knowledge of PC operations and applications are necessary for this position.
Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- 1-2 years Accounting experience required
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate user of Excel
- Ability to ten-key by touch
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
