Summary of Position and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities will include full inspection of complex machined parts using mechanical and optical gaging. Candidate should possess strong drawing interpretation skills including geometric dimensioning & tolerancing and math skills including trigonometry & geometry. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to perform with minimum supervision in a fast paced atmosphere while being detail oriented. Candidates with CMM experience will be given priority.

Qualifications of Candidate:

Required skills/experience:

• Efficiency in a fast-paced environment inspecting highly complex parts.
• Excellent math and GD&T interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with standard measuring equipment.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Preferred skills/experience:

• Operation of Zeiss CMM, Surfcom, Comparator or Micro-Hite equipment.
• Off-line programming from CAD models.

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
