Administrative Assistant
Looking for a dynamic person to join Kennebec Timber Framing's office. We are looking for a friendly person, greeting clients when they call, returning emails, and general office duties. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining effective operations and providing excellent service to both internal teams and external clients.
Duties include:
- Answering the telephone and making appointments
- Replying to emails and making appointments
- Managing Tasks and communications on our CRM
- preparing proposals
- Sending proposals and preparing contracts
- Managing social media
- Tracking inventory of supplies
- Miscellaneous office tasks
- Detail oriented Computer work with custom software
- Keeping clean office space
- Maintain and improve organization of office both physically and digitally
Skills Required:
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately using correct spelling and grammar
- Proficiency with google office
- Ability to multitask
- Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram
- Carry friendly conversation about our business with clients
- The candidate ideally would have a basic knowledge of carpentry to include knowing the common language used or a willingness to learn
Willing to train the right person
Part Time Hours: (Hours can be Flexible to accommodate the right candidate)
Approximately 20-30 hours per week broken up into 3-4 days per week.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
