This is a 1st shift opportunity with an approximate schedule of 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. that offers an excellent complete benefits package.
- This position is designed and intended to be performed in Hagerstown, MD.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pull pallets off production line to load trailers
- Fill out daily trailer loading paperwork legibly
- Assist production workers in setting work stations
- Keep work area and storage locations clean and well swept at all times
- All other duties as assigned by Plant Management
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or GED
- Positive attitude and team spirit is required
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Ability to read and understand production sheets and product identities
- Ability to learn and follow Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to safely lift up to 55 lbs from floor to working height, as job requires
- Ability to work in dust and adverse weather conditions and temperature
