Role reports to- Senior Director, Global Growth & Strategy

Location- Kenvue ’ s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel- 10-15%

Pay- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850 . This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What You Will Do

The Senior Finance Manager, Global Essential Health will be responsible for leading financial analysis for theUS Essential Health business with net trade sales of $4.7B annually. The Essential Health business represents brands including Band-Aid, Aveeno Baby, Listerine and Carefree. Theposition is located in Skillman, NJ, and will be located in Summit, NJ, starting Q1 of 2025.

This position will partner with Global Essential Health segment lead and cross functional team including strategy, marketing and supply chain, and provide strategic and financial leadership in shaping and achieving financial goals for the Essential Health brands globally including leading 3YOP and distorting resources towards areas of future growth. In addition, the role is responsible for leading and shaping innovation and business development initiatives through influencing cross functional resource allocation decisions to successfully deliver growth of the Essential Health business.

The position has two direct reports including one manager and one senior financial analyst. The role reports to theSenior Director, Global Growth & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities-

Strategic Financial Leadership For Essential Health Segment

  • Partner with Essential Health segment lead and cross functional team to shape the strategic growth agenda and deliver profitable growth for key priority markets
  • Partner with portfolio management team and commercial team to shape innovation agenda and prioritize resources behind largest big bets
  • Lead 3YOP for Essential Health segment with the focus on identifying growth opportunities and shifting resources to maximize growth

Financial Analysis for Multiregional Projects

  • Lead business case analysis for multi-regional big bets (projects stream 1, 2 and 3), ensure adherence to hurdle rates, work with the team to deliver the full potential of projects

Financial Planning and Reporting

  • Oversee R&D and brand marketing expense budgets for Essential Health segment, ensure controls are in plan

People and Leadership Excellence

  • Manage and mentor a global, cross-functional team, providing active coaching and support to foster professional development and achieve team goals
  • Build and sustain a culture of collaboration and innovation while ensuring effective communication and alignment across regions

Requirements-

  • Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, CMA, MBA preferred
  • Minimum of8 years of Finance/Accounting experience required
  • 8 years at the Finance Management level preferred
  • Excellent analytical skills, superior communication, business partnering, problem solving, and prioritization skills required
  • Ability to succeed inamatrixed, cross-functional environment and across all levels of the organization needed
  • Self -motivated individual with demonstrated leadership, abilityto work with senior management, people management and development skills preferred
  • Strongpeople development skills required as individual is expected to be key driver of Finance organizational initiatives across theglobal Financial Planning & Reporting team
