## What's the Job About?
We're looking for someone to take care of our company yard. You'll be the person who keeps everything in tip-top shape. It's a one-person job, so you'll be in charge of making sure the yard looks good and runs smoothly.
## What You'll Be Doing
- Keeping the yard clean and tidy
- Mowing, weed eating, and basic landscaping
- Picking up trash and keeping things neat
- Getting parts and equipment ready for job sites
- Using a forklift to move stuff around (we'll teach you if you don't know how)
- Keeping everything organized
- Fixing small problems before they become big ones
## What You Need to Be Good At:
- Working hard and taking pride in what you do
- Using lawn equipment like mowers and weed eaters
- Staying organized and managing your time
- Working on your own without someone looking over your shoulder
- Being safe and responsible
- Having a driver's license and a way to get to work
