What You’ll Do:

  • Engage with clients to address their insurance needs, including billing inquiries, claims assistance, and policy changes.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as answering phones, handling mail, and updating client records.
  • Monitor insurance claims to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Continuously learn about new insurance products and services to best serve our clients.
  • Be a proactive team member, assisting in refining our processes as we grow.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or office environment.
  • Proficient with email, Word, Excel, and comfortable navigating databases.
  • Proven ability to explain complex concepts in a way that customers can understand.
  • Experience building client relationships and providing personalized solutions.
