Job Description :
We Are Seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for critical law enforcement systems and interfaces. This role will interact with internal teams, external agencies, and third-party vendors while ensuring the smooth operation of data exchanges, system configurations, and software applications. The ideal candidate has experience with Linux, SQL, Message Queue (IBM MQ), and Shell scripting.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing software, system configurations, and associated interfaces.
- Provide technical support for system changes, upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, law enforcement agencies, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless system integration and operation.
- Maintain and support data exchanges, including Open Data, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Develop and execute SQL queries and stored procedures for database management and troubleshooting.
- Assist in system installations, deployments, and troubleshooting efforts.
- Analyze system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to enhance functionality.
- Support law enforcement critical systems by ensuring reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
