Duties
- Assist the Sales Manager in day to day tasks.
- Manage and maintain the Outlook Calendar for scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle phone systems to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Organize and file important documents, ensuring easy access to information when needed.
- Provide administrative support including typing reports, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.
- Act as a personal assistant to the Sales Manager by performing logistical needs.
- Upload unit photos and manage online inventory to be accurate and current.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
- Familiarity with phone systems and calendar management tools is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
