Description
Kett Engineering is accepting applications and pre-qualifying candidates to be test drivers for 1st and 2nd Shift. This program is working with our customer in a research and development program in Brimley, MI.
This project is expected to start in January 2025. It will last approximately 4 months.
The Test Driver follows the direction of Lead Driver and / or Project Coordinator, performs various driving services on vehicles per shift according to customers specifications. and represents Kett Engineering in a professional manner.
Job will consist of driving a light / medium duty truck on highway / city routes for data collection while pulling a trailer.
SHIFT TIMES : Monday - Friday
1st Shift : Monday - Friday
4 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm
Saturday and Sunday
7 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm
2nd Shift : Monday - Friday
4 : 00 pm - 2 : 30 am
Pay Rate is $22 / hr.
REQUIREMENTS :
- CDL A license with at least 3 years experience.
- Must have trailer towing experience (i.e. landscape, utility, RV, etc.)
- Clean MVR- No tickets, accidents or suspensions.
- Current DOT Card.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Experience writing detailed reports; preferred.
- Must be computer literate.
- Be a team player.
