Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of retail outlets, including sales, staff, stock and resources management. The Store Manager acts as if he or she is the business owner and has ultimate responsibility for the daily operations of the store. The Store Manager is accountable for effectively teaching, training and coaching store management into a high performing leadership team that achieves sales goals, meets merchandising brand standards and delivers operational excellence. The Store Manager is expected to role model values and Customer First behaviors in all actions and interactions in order to create a positive Customer First experience.
Responsibilities
Leadership, Management, Operation
- Consistently creates a welcoming environment and experience for the customer by always maintaining and executing a customer first mentality. Demonstrates a can-do attitude and proactively seeks opportunities to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain company brand standards of neat, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap and fitting room ensuring store environment is safe for employees and customers.
- Leads the overall store earnings by driving top line sales while managing controllable contribution.
- Supports daily merchandising, styling, replenishment, launches, updates, shipment, loss prevention and service.
- Ensures service, merchandising, and operational standards are met through company-defined practices and processes.
- Manages budgets and maintains statistical and financial records.
- Recruits, trains, and supervises staffs.
- Facilitates new hire onboarding and training for various skill levels.
- Arranges and executes suitable and effective training solutions for other team members based on performance.
- Helps set the tone and standards that drive customer satisfaction and that will lead the business to be recognizable within the market.
Qualifications
- Supervisory or management or retail experience preferred.
- Clothing company experience preferred.

- $46,800-$52,000 annual salary
- It can be raised after 3 months via evaluation
