AV/VTC Technician

KeyBridge Technologies, LLC is seeking candidates to fill an AV/VTC Technician position within Fort Moore, Georgia.

• Candidates must be able to gain unrestricted access to Fort Moore Federal installations. Candidates must have direct experience with Video Teleconferencing (VTC) and Audio/Visual (A/V) systems, and computer peripherals (printers, etc.).
• This position supports the identification and repair of system malfunctions, device shortfalls and malfunctions, computer errors, ability to process work orders for IT and A/V systems on our internal system (will be trained on), and ability to troubleshoot and repair IT and A/V systems in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Must have an active Secret Security Clearance
• Must be able to get on a Federal Installation
• 1-2 years of experience providing advanced Computer and peripheral technical support within a controlled environment
• Must be able to work within a Team Environment
• Preferred: COMPTIA A , Network , or Security
• Preferred Education: Associates or Equivalent Experience
