Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking a Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
The Director is responsible for the supervision and operational oversight of the Long Term Structured Residence for adults with persistent mental illness. This position provides values-driven leadership in multiple facets of business, including clinical, leadership, finance, human resources and strategic management. This position works collaboratively with people at various levels of the organization and community to address the needs of the individuals in accordance with Keystone’s mission, vision and values.

Minimum Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a clinical discipline
- Registered, licensed, or certified to practice f the specific degree is governed by a licensing board in Pennsylvania
- Five years of mental health clinical experience providing direct support to individuals with mental illness
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and able to learn other software as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle depending on work location
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
