RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Principal IT Programmer Analyst in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Principal IT Programmer Analyst Duties Include:
* Ingestion and pipeline technology expert (EMR, Glue, Step Functions, etc.)
* Focus on proactive and reactive end to end data optimizations
* Build scalable monitoring, architecture, and governance
* FinOps expert in cloud data in motion cost management
EDP Liaison:
* Focus on migrating FPLS applications running on EC2s to ECS/Docker (over 50% savings per app)
* Setup and configure GitHub Actions ci/cd pipelines for app and corresponding services
* Team education and documentation for proper handoff
REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
