Kforce has a client that is seeking a Client Support Associate in El Segundo, CA. Key Tasks:
- Client Support Associate will develop one-on-one relationships with advisors, their staff, and end clients
- Work independently to assist callers with tailored support to meet their needs
- Serve as the caller's primary point of contact and own the caller's issue from start to finish
- Quickly and thoughtfully handle complex and escalated issues from representatives and customers
- As a Client Support Associate, you will provide support on various computer systems associated with the Broker/Dealer
- Maintain minimum call requirements and quality review scores while adhering to assigned work schedule
- Utilize CRM (Client Relationship Management) tool to accurately record and track calls
- Participate in special projects and team accountabilities including training and support of internal and external contacts
- High School diploma/GED
- 2 years of experience working in client-service or call center
- 1 years of demonstrated success navigating multiple computer systems in a professional setting
- Strong technical aptitude
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- 2 years of experience delivering excellent problem resolution, organizational and follow-up skills
- 1 years of work experience in the financial services industry
- Previous exposure to client servicing and/or account management highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience communicating orally and in writing
- Personal integrity, responsiveness, professionalism, and ambition; Strong work ethic
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Positive role model to colleagues; Team player mentality Passion for providing a world class customer service experience to clients
