About the Role
We are seeking a Working Janitorial Supervisor to oversee and assist with daily cleaning operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage a janitorial team while actively participating in cleaning tasks to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the facility.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, train, and supervise janitorial staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.

- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage.
- Assign tasks and create schedules to meet facility needs.
- Address and resolve staff or client concerns professionally and promptly.
