Regional Coordinator

**This position is on-site in Montvale, NJ and will work with our clients located in Georgia**

Position Summary

The GA Regional Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination and optimization of client services within the Georgia region. This individual will act as the primary liaison between clients, providers, and cross-departmental teams, upholding our commitment to excellence in ABA services. Reporting to the ABA Operations Manager, this role involves managing client communications, coordinating schedules, and driving efficiency in client and provider interactions.
 

Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for client queries and updates, ensuring clear and professional communication.
• Schedule Maintenance and Removals: Oversee scheduling changes and cancellations to maintain operational flow.
• Coordinate Client and Provider Terminations: Manage transitions with care, ensuring minimal disruption to client services.
• CR Client Portal Administration: Maintain and manage the client portal to enhance user experience.
• Utilization Management/Optimization: Monitor and optimize resource utilization to ensure efficient service delivery.
• RA Coordination: Collaborate with referral and care advocate teams to support client needs effectively.

Success Measurements

• 30 Days: 
  • Familiarize yourself with company processes (CR and Power BI)
  • Understand the mission and values
  • Establish initial relationships with cross-departmental partners
• 60 Days: 
  • Master key processes such as scheduling, authorization, and client coordination through training and shadowing.
• 90 Days: 
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of interdepartmental processes (TA, HR, QA, Payroll, Credentialing) 
  • Build strong relationships with referral sources
• 1 Year:
  • Successfully train the incoming GA team on intake, scheduling, and coordination processes
  • Manage a portfolio of 50 active clients in Georgia
  • Deliver a researched proposal on optimal locations for an on-site clinic

Requirements

• Experience & Technical Skills:
  • Experience in ABA coordination and working within healthcare settings- required
  • Proficiency in Central Reach- required
