This position will supervise daily operations of transferring material from Cambridge to Dover. Supervise employees loading materials into transfer trailers in the transfer station and managing the scale house.

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous supervisory experience 1-3 year’s
- Previous transfer facility experience or related industry work a plus
- Previous production manufacturing experience a plus
- Previous logistics experience
- Previous facility operations and compliance knowledge
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
Knowledge and Skills required:
- Mechanically inclined
- Knowledge of OSHA, and other related state and federal regulations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong motivation and leadership skills
- Ability to supervise employees
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise daily operations of the transfer station and scale house. Implement operating procedures and ensure excellent work standards are met.
- Ensure maximum productivity and establish productivity improvement goals are met where needed.
- Interact with employees to ensure efficiencies at the transfer station and scale house.
- Responsible for schedules, reviews and evaluating work to ensure quality, timeliness and quality control and adherence to all policies and procedures.
- Responsible for making sure equipment is maintained and inspected daily.
- Perform and document minor repairs on equipment or notify Maintenance for more complex repairs.
- Ensure environmental compliance and working within the facility permit parameters.
- Perform facility up-keep, maintenance, and compliance.
- Manage additional waste streams accepted at the location.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
