Job Title: Training Coordinator

Job Summary: Prepares, facilitates, monitors and documents training activities for the Training Department as well as delivers some training programs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Coordinate training events within the department
- Facilitates speakers and trains some modules for the new team member orientation
- Maintain all training materials needed for classes
- Print all training certificates
- Order all supplies needed for the training department
- Work with the LMS Administrator to maintain training records
- Delivers identified training programs for team members
- Help proofread internal materials and training manuals
- Help the team with some design and marketing of materials
- Complies with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Reports all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or a Health and Environmental Safety team member
- Participates in proactive teams to achieve departmental and company goals
- Provides leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge/skill
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience preferred
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral or diagram form
- Must have intermediate computer skills
- Ability to manage projects
- Capable of effectively presenting information to internal and external groups
- Must have analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Must have valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Must pass background check and drug screen
