Kinect Solar is looking for a talented and driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise-level sales which include warehousing and transportation services for renewable energy firms. The ideal candidate will have existing relationships with solar developers, manufacturers, utilities, IPPs and other renewable energy utility market players, be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and driving new business growth through consultative selling. This position requires exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Serve as the primary contact for all account-related needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships to drive retentions and growth with Kinect. .

Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships..

New Business Development:
-

Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise-level clients within targeted segments.

Build relationships with key decision-makers at targeted companies.

Consultative Sales:

Understand client needs and tailor solutions by leveraging Kinect Solar's value-added service offerings.

Contract Negotiation:

Work with internal team to negotiate contract terms and close deals.

Collaboration & CRM Utilization:

Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Maintain accurate records in Hubspot (CRM) and Netsuite (ERP) to track pipeline, touchpoints, and project execution.

Industry Expertise & Market Strategy:

Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics

Develop accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to management.

Travel:

Ability to travel via vehicle or air to meet with customers and attend conferences

Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience, ideally in 3PL, logistics, supply chain or utility solar equipment sales.

Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build strong client relationships.

Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation, 3PL services and solar equipment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus points:
