- As our Part-time Cardiology Nurse Practitioner, you will be assigned to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Annapolis, MD to treat geriatric and rehabilitation patients for their cardiology needs.
- You will be responsible for Cardiology consults throughout the SNF and will maintain a strong relationship with the client facility, patients, and families.
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level.
- Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, and families as well as preventative care.
- The ideal candidate will always put the patient and facility first.
