The Role:
We're seeking an experienced Software Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our OneBill platform. Reporting to the CTO, you'll own our billing and collections software that manages complex energy revenue streams across multiple markets and utilities. Our extensive backlog of billing features needs thoughtful prioritization as you work closely with finance to scale our operations.
As the sole Product Manager for our platform, you'll need to understand both the technical architecture and business implications of your decisions. You'll coordinate requirements across finance, customer success, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate billing across different utility territories, while driving the roadmap for automated billing features, payment processing integrations, and revenue collection workflows.
Success in this role means delivering billing capabilities that scale with our rapid growth while maintaining accuracy and compliance across markets. You'll define and track key metrics around payment processing, collections efficiency, and billing accuracy, owning both customer-facing billing interfaces and internal tools for managing energy revenue.
