We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Ambulatory Clinic Float Pool! You'll have the opportunity to work with diverse teams across multiple clinics, gaining a breadth of experience and expanding your skills.
Position Purpose: LPN's assist in providing excellent patient care by assists physicians/physician assistants/nurse practitioners in medical office setting. Performs a variety of patient care duties within the construct of a multidisciplinary patient care team as delegated by physician.

Key Responsibilities:
- Works under the direction of the provider and the Arizona State Nurse Practice Act to provide professional nursing care for clinic patients in compliance with nursing standards and regulations
- Triage patients by phone or in person, receiving and implementing telephone physician orders, maintaining clinical communication in a dynamic environment
- Assists providers and staff in coordinating patient care for both clinic and procedures
- Performs CLIA waived lab tests and obtains specimens
- Performs proficiency testing and runs controls for waived tests
- May perform venipuncture
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a practical or vocational nursing program and High school or Equivalent
- Current, valid Arizona LPN license or compact state LPN/LVN license
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS certification
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Work Requirements: Able to distinguish appropriate colors, consistently reaching and/or working above and below shoulder level; lifting up to 50 pounds, walking or being on feet 90% and sitting 10% of time per day with frequent bending, squatting, kneeling, standing; and expected duties have routine potential for exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues, to chemicals, biological, and radioactive substances.
