Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents primarily related to the acquisition, ownership and development of real property
- Assist in the closing of real estate transactions including the review of legal descriptions and typical closing documents
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files
- Develop and maintain understanding of individual client preferences and requests
- Provide proactive and advanced legal support
- Other tasks as needed
