Program Introduction :
Knight Federal Solutions is seeking a highly motivated, flexible candidate who is ready to support activities for an emerging simulation and training capability for the United States Army. The candidate will support logistics and fielding efforts in support of the RVCT team. Activities will include but not be limited to managing program supplies, materials, products, and supply chain processes as well as assist with fielding efforts as needed. This position will be located onsite in Port Orange, FL and will require travel to a variety of military sites to support fielding events.
Requirements :
- Track inventory of program hardware and equipment and assist with coordination and movement of equipment to a variety of sites and installations.
- Collaborate with program personnel and stakeholders to ensure program deliverables are met while adhering to strict deadlines.
- Conducts training sessions and develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Candidates must be able to take the initiative, communicate with team members, and identify and resolve potential issues.
- Translate technical objectives into user-level requirements and training / human factor related criteria.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools, knowledge of inventory databases is preferred.
- Creation of and Instruction with military formatted documentation.
- Lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 70lbs.
- Knowledge of military systems and operations is preferred.
Security Clearance :
A Secret Level security clearance or ability to obtain Secret Level security clearance
Location :
Port Orange, FL, with travel to a wide variety of military installations to support fielding events.
